Cancellation Policy
When appointments are booked, the practitioner reserves that hour for you. Therefore, the following cancellation policy is in place:
We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session without occurring any extra fees. This ensures we can offer the allocated time to another client who may be on a cancellation or waiting list for an appointment. A $120 fee will be charged for non-attendance or cancellation of a session with less than 24 hours' notice.

You may call our main line on 02 9627 1177 to cancel. If your call is not answered, you may leave a voicemail over the weekend or after-hours. These voicemails are time-stamped so you do not need to worry about a late cancellation fee being charged if you are giving us 24-hours’ notice. You may also email your request to intake@wellbe.net.au

Due to confidentiality reasons, you may not book or cancel an appointment on behalf of someone else if they are over the age of 18. In exceptional circumstances, we require the client to contact us directly or to provide us with written consent that they are allowing a third-party to book or cancel on their behalf.

Turn right on exiting the station or Westfields and continue walking for 5 minutes (from Westfields) or 10 minutes (from station).
Parking: At Westfields.
Beverly Hills Clinic
8/423 King Georges Road
Next to the cafe on Edgbaston Road is a two door entrance that leads upstairs to our offices. At the top of the stairs turn right.
Parking: Off Edgbaston Road.
Parramatta Clinic
Suite 803, Level 8, 33 Argyle Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150
Please use the buzzer next to the entrance, if your appointment is after 7pm on weekdays or during the weekend.
Riverstone Clinic
Suite 2, Level 1 (Riverstone Village Shopping Mall), 12-30 Riverstone Parade
Inside Riverstone Village Shopping Mall, walk towards the IGA, then up the stairs. We are on the same level as the library.
Parking: At the shopping mall.
Rouse Hill Clinic
1-3 Adelphi Street
On the corner of Adelphi Street and Mile end road, inside Rouse Hill Health Care Centre. We are located upstairs of the centre.
Parking: On-site.
Mascot Clinic
Suite 10.06, Level 10, 289 King Street
Next to the Wilsons parking. Between the cafe and the Travelodge there is a double door access with buzzer to our offices. Please press 1006 and the bell to notify staff.
Parking: Street parking on King Street or Wilsons Parking (paid).
